Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to use FameX. FameX is not intended for, and we do not knowingly serve, anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may suspend and delete that account and its data. By using FameX you confirm that you are 18 or older.

FameX is an AI coaching and identity tool. It analyzes what you share to reflect your current identity back to you and to suggest practical next steps toward who you want to become. FameX's coaching, readouts, and any predictions are guidance, not guarantees: they are relative to your own history and are probabilistic. FameX does not promise any particular follower growth, reach, virality, or income, and it is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or mental-health advice.

You may use FameX anonymously or by signing in. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for the accuracy of what you tell us. Keep your sign-in credentials secure.

If you connect a social account (such as Instagram), you authorize FameX to read your profile and recent content and — only when you ask — to publish to your ownaccount, through the platform's official API. We act only on your own account; we never scrape, automate other people's accounts, or access anything the API doesn't sanction. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access.

You agree not to:

• Use FameX for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
• Use FameX to harass, impersonate, or mislead others.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to extract our or others' data from the service, or circumvent rate limits and security controls.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that infringes others' rights.

FameX's outputs are generated by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment before acting on them, and don't treat them as professional advice. You are responsible for what you choose to post or do based on FameX's suggestions.

FameX offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor and, where applicable, renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. Refunds are handled according to the applicable plan terms, your payment provider's policies, and your statutory rights.

You keep ownership of the content and information you provide. You grant FameX a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service for you (for example, to generate your Digital Mirror and coaching). The FameX app, the Tara character, and our brand and software remain ours.

FameX is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any specific outcome — including follower growth, reach, virality, brand deals, or income. Any performance readout is shown relative to your own past, never as a fabricated benchmark or a promise of results. We don't guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, FameX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for outcomes that depend on your own choices and platform algorithms outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. (Final liability and indemnity wording is subject to counsel review.)

You can stop using FameX and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use FameX in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use FameX after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms will be governed by the laws specified in the final, counsel-reviewed version (intended to be the laws of India). For complaints or grievances, contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@famex.ai; the named officer, response timelines, and governing law will be confirmed in that counsel-reviewed version, consistent with DPDP and applicable law.
